excellent thread Martin,, why has Canada been the chosen place for the cars to be at for restoration,, and even to sell them,, as i see through the media canada seems to scare of even usa buyers etc ????

Those early cars were damn ugly. it was only when the mk3 cortina versions came out they were atractive

Bloody hell if they restricted this car it would be a joke,, this is real not a clone of a superstock car it was given to a well known guy in the race world when new from Chrysler in recognition of his r&d on the Hemi engine,

Very sad that the nats is a no go, its our groups must go to event, I am glad I have so much to do it gives me another weeks work around here, as that's the amount of time a dedicate to the event, I bet it all gets lifted mid October when the weather is Bananarama!

That charger is worth 10-14k its a real big block car, you could not buy and ship one in for that money

It is/ was a 360 with a 4 speed 74 car, racer since new retired 1979 not seen daylight until I bought it a couple of years ago, with buying the Rod Shop challenger I decided Dave was the man to own restore this 74 car and it will be a beast, he will no doubt fill you in on the details

That don't need a roof chop, looks perfect from the factory,, you need to bollock in hard on that Steve its a big car with lots of bits on it, and a mechanical upgrade to add to the mix,, time goes real fast, so get to it matey good luck
