Stroker fuel pump dilemma

Hi guys.
Anyone running a mechanical fuel pump with a big block stroker?
I have a 493 making 576 Hp on the Dyno and was hoping to run a Carter strip super or similar instead of a electric pump. Is this possible or will it run lean at the top end. The Carter has a free flow of 120 GPH

Don't watch any sport so can't comment on BT's coverage of the racing but could you imagine if they did that to a major football game?
I'm with Blue, prefer vintage Drag racing,plenty on YouTube.

Thanks guys for the kind words about receiving the trophy for the Charger.
I was aware that the top car was the Hemi Charger but nevertheless Mopar's were the top dogs on the day. :)
