It doesn't have one as it goes under the floor into the tank. Petrol cap is behind the number plate.

Fuel tank

Just thinking of options in regarding getting a new tank for my car.

Has anyone had one made over here rather than importing a tank… any savings to be had?

I could do but would need to remove the sender to confirm how long the float arm is, as it’s adjustable from 6 - 12” according to Stewart Warner. I might just bite the bullet and order a new tank through Chris Goodale. This is what I found when I removed the ‘chrome dome’ that was screwed to the mid...

Now that I’ve put the original instrument cluster back in, I’m hoping the original fuel gauge will work with correct sender. I have ordered the correct sender but one of the previous owners cut a hole in the top of the tank to fit a Stewart Warner sender. I’ll be putting the new sender back in its o...

Great pics. I do like the look of that Blue Charger in the first pic. Not seen that one before and nice to see the St Alban's Charger back on the road! I was talking to the owner, he’s from Crowborough. He saw it advertised in the states and flew over to look at it. Struck a deal and got it shipped...

I was just looking at a photo I took of your engine on Sunday …. Can you tell me what cable/wire/hose is that I’ve highlighted in the picture, it appears to go into the inlet manifold.
