Dead fuel pump?
Hello all Driving along today and the Charger spluttered to a halt (1968 R/T 440). Had a good root around and found no fuel in the carb or in the piping between carb and fuel pump, however there was fuel in the pipe from pump to tank and when I connected a test hand pump it drew fuel freely. Pulled ...

fuel sender
Hi all Can anybody tell me which is the correct fuel sender for a '68 Charger R/T 440? 1/2" or 3/8" pickup? Or other? Haven't quite got mine fully out yet so can't take a proper look at it and won't have access to the car again for a while, but want to order a new one asap. Cheers Tom P

OK so I'm not having much luck. The fuel gauge is the real problem. Still shows off-the-scale full all the time, even with ignition off. So I disconnected the wire from the tank sender and the reading dropped instantly to zero. The tank sender terminal seems to be connect to earth with zero resistan...

Mad Dash Gauges!
Odd things are happening to the gauges on my '68 Charger. They all went mad yesterday whilst I was cruising up the A3. 1. The fuel gauge shows full all the time, even when the ignition is off! 2. The temperature gauge shows zero or max and swings apparently randomly between the two. 3. The Oil press...

Spotted x2: Aussie Charger and '09 Challenger
Both today! visiting my parents in Surrey, saw a new chally parked at the roadside in Cranleigh (Orange with GL style 01s on the sides) and what I think was a blue aussie charger (minus lump) for sale in Alfold just down the road. Don't know my aussie mopars at all so could have been something else,...
