Well I decided to sort the brakes out. They were none existent, not even a glimmer of slowing down. But the funny thing was they also dragged quite badly. To the point you couldn't turn the wheels by hand. I had it down as a servo / master cylinder problem. Removed the master cylinder and the brakes...
