Euro Finals Pictures

Hi Everybody,
Thought I'd share a few shots from the Euro Finals.
Apologies if I'm posting in the wrong section!
Tried to concentrate on door cars, but a few others snuck in!

Mod Top Satellite

Saw this Mod Top '69 Satellite at the Euro Finals. Owned by a very nice guy from Ireland who was making the round trip to Santa Pod via Holyhead! Thought I'd share the pictures as I've only seen a mod top in books and never a real one. Limey EF20181 (42).JPG EF20181 (48).JPG EF20181 (49).JPG EF20181...

Fitting for OilPressure Test Kit - 383

Hi Everybody,
Looking to buy an oil pressure test kit to baseline the oil pressure on my '68 383 stroker.
Any idea where I can get an adaptor to fit the oil pressure sender port at the top of the block?
Believe its NPT(?) tapered thread but don't know the size.
Any help appreciated!

Re: Battery Drain Problem

Hi Everybody - Think I've cracked it (with your help!) and my newly aquired multi meter. Confirmed no problem with charging system after driving car in most conditions and voltages just fine. Continuity checked all fuses and fuse holders. Cleaned up all earth connections from negative side. Also fit...

Re: Battery Drain Problem

Thanks Morgan - Got myself a negative battery isolator switch (which I hope will do the same job) on order to get myself back up and running while I try and trace the problem. One thing I noticed at the Euro Nats was that most other 68-70 B bodies in stock configuration had a single Negative cable b...

Battery Drain Problem

Apologies if this topic hs been covered before, but think I have a battery drain problem and could do with some help as a newbie. Took my '68 Satellite out for a 30 mile drive last week, and startup all OK as usual. Next morning totally dead electrics, no dome light, nada. Changed out old battery (1...

Re: Steering Wheel Puller

Excellent! Thanks for the help guys.
Ordered the eBay item - Thought I needed a specific puller for Mopars.
Managed a temp fix by turning the screw through the aperture in the column with long nose pliers about a 16th of a turn at the time - took about an hour.

Steering Wheel Puller

Hi Everybody, Trying to get my '68 Sport Satellite ready for a possible visit to the Euro Nats and my Turn Signal Lever has flopped down so it won't operate the turn signal switch. Seems like the only way to get at the switch in the column to tighten it back up is to pull the steering wheel, but I d...

Re: New Guy from South Wales

Thanks for the info guys - Will follow up. And Thanks for the picture - Previous owner said he had taken it to the Goat, but I had no idea what that meant! Currently looking for a location to place my new Vacuum Canister, and replacing the Oil Pressure switch which is giving me a constantly on OIL i...
