You have my sympathies, I got bitten by a Conger eel when recovering a stolen car from Cardiff docks.

Assembled then painted to avoid scratching all the paint off during build. The same practice happens today with modern stuff.

Registering a car
The v5 comes first, the tax disc follows a few days later since it comes from a different dept. within the DVLA.

Title
All cars from Georgia and Alabama pre -62 do not have titles. You will need a noterised (spelling?) bill of sale. This includes a state authorised document which will have a police check verification. As you would appreciate cars still change hands within these States, so these measures are in place...

Charger
Matt Thank you for posting the pictures. It took 4years 10 months to restore. A little bit about the car. I appreciate I am in the minority, but I think that if you can't get sufficient performance out of a 5.9lt V8, then there is something wrong. The car has been built by Martin Edridge (he has ove...

Brake booster - 68 Charger (Front discs)
Hello once again I need some advice please.
My brake booster is leaking. Does anyone on here know if there is a company that stocks re-build kits in this country before I look over the pond. Or does someone have a good booster for sale?
Thank you in anticipation.

Headliner fitting advice
We are attempting to fit a headliner in a 68 Charger. There is good tension in the front and centre sections, but we are a bit of a loss in relation to the sail panel section. As the car was a bare shell, we don't know if we are missing parts / items to secure the headliner section. Any help, tips, ...

Fitting windscreen
I am very grateful to everyone for the contributions and photos provided; they are very helpful.
One more question if I may to satisfy the niggling doubt.
What's the 'spare' channel on the gasket for if no locking strip is needed?
Thank you
