All cars from Georgia and Alabama pre -62 do not have titles. You will need a noterised (spelling?) bill of sale. We are attempting to fit a headliner in a 68 Charger. There is good tension in the front and centre sections, but we are a bit of a loss in relation to the sail panel section. As the car was a bare shell, we don't know if we are missing parts / items to secure the headliner section. Any help, tips, ...
