Le Mans Classic 2018 - July 6th-8th.

Post by MattH »

Anyone else going there this year?

Event starts tomorrow.

I'm heading off there today, in the Challenger and Dad's Triumph TR4A which Mandie is driving; we can't fit 4 people and camping stuff in the Challenger hnec 2 cars. 400 miles or so there, camping at the track with the Triumph Club at Tertre Rouge.

Really looking forward to it, missed the 2016 event, so haven't been since 2014 which was the Challenger's first big trip out since rebuild. Should be a bit better this time, proper exhausts and better springs, shocks and taller tyres.

Have a great trip Matt.

I went to the 24 a few weeks back but couldn’t make the Classic. I have several friends who are camping on Maison Blanche, look out for a Tobacco leaf P6 and a few MGs parked under Beermountain Flags, tell em I said you could have a beer😉
