Go with the single line Miloden Pete, good solid protection and plenty of flow, you can always upgrade to dual line if you go faster than expected.

and Milodon pump or at least the top as mentioned for hose take off

Unless you're going to go mad Pete, milodon bucket style sump, 1/2" pickup, hi vol oil pump, radius the oil way and a decent filter.
Your car will go fast on weight alone.
