Pete Rivers Dart

Post by DaveBishop »

I was down the workshop yesterday and I took some picturers of fellow member Pete Rivers Dart. Its not finished yet he still has to make a wing and finish painting it. The wing, doors and front and rear bumpers are all glass fibre which Pete has made himself. He has also completly rebuilt the engine. He hopes to have it on the road soon. If anyone needs any glass fibre work done you can contact him via the usaimports site

That's a great car, he's got to Bananarama! quick so he can build the Coronet! And I can drop Pete in a solid gearbox mount

You haven't mentioned the motor Dave, that 340 is a bit special, if I remember correctly :)
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

Funnily enough a lot of that car was my Dart! It's a great bit of work I just wish Pete would bring it out, must have been building it for 15 years now, c'mon mate before your limbs are too weak to operate that 4 speed!

Funny James, just what i was going to say.
If i was an interior decorator i'd prob say Pete's colour & Blue's colour compliment each other nicely, but I'm not.
Either way, they make a fine pair.
And if its got some of Blues Darts parts, spose theyre kinda related.
