Just popped in to say hi. Have been a Mustang man for years but have decided its about time I got a real car again . Just got a 69 superbee in to the UK from New Mexico. Needs a bit of sorting but I will do it as I go.

Thanks for the comments guys . Nah bit short on pics at the moment. Its gone into workshop for a once over and mot. is 383 with a 4 speed manual. Its had loads of work stateside I must say most of it is a bit crap and will need to be put right by me. It had disc brakes fitted but no servo, the steering is manual and very heavy so I think these are the first big jobs to do, I have a bit of history with it. It has had a trunk floor and rear quarters a few years back so there are some issues around this that will have to be sorted. In truth my Mustang was a one owner numbers matching 67 fastback and just a show pony this superbee is to light up the tyres and have fun so it will be driven to the strip and run down the quarter where as the mustang was parked in the show field I have had enough detailing and polishing its now time drive again.
I will post more pics at the weekend.

Welcome!

Lovely car.

Man up, make the most of the manual steering - its a Muscle car!

My wife regularly drives our Super Bee - 440, Manual Steering, Manual Brakes, Reverse Pattern Manual shifter, 4.10's, etc.....No; she is not built like Schwarzenegger...

Where are you based?

Hi and welcome to the club Brett.

Nice car and I can't see much wrong with her in the photo.

Manual steering is FUN.

Look forward to seeing more photos of your bee.
