That's the case with most modern cars and trucks, the bloody heater core is well and truly buried, complete dash out at least. It ain't much easier to access the dash lights either if you need to change a bulb...

Dont forget to sort the blend doors whilst your in there.

Never spill a drink over your shifter either, back in June I spilt some pepsi on mine mopped it it and thought jobs a good un.... no in november the pepsi finally eat through the solder on the circuit board and left me sitting at the side of the road, after a new shifter and a £1000 hole in my pocket its driving around again. lesson learnt....

I had a few in the UK, petrol and diesel........ Just cost too much in fuel.
Here they are pricey to buy.

For what I paid I'm happy. Drove like a dream on the way home. Fancied a V8 but all had lots of owners and tow bars etc. heard lots of love / horror stories about the later Jeeps , but beggars can't be choosers and all that.
Hopefully it'll look after me for a while. :)

I get around 25mpg (UK Gals) in my 2006 3.0l Diesel. More heavy that I expected but to be honest the wife just potters around in it. Great car though, love it.

Certainly don't expect that sort of mileage , but good to have a bit of positive feed back Andy. :thumbright:

Got around 17 to the gallon on my 4L jeeps.

This one is the 4.6 V8. Not sure on mileage, not used it. It was a cheap buy from a guy who needed it gone.
