I've got a feeling it's going to be a bit of a long week waiting for the weekend to come around... Nicola is practically bouncing off the walls!
She keeps grinning at me and asking me "are you ready for a demon-stration?" Nuts!
Nic's mum happens to be in to cars too... We mentioned to the inlaws over dinner today that we've bought a nice "318 automatic" to play with for next summer. We kept the answers to the inevitable questions fairly vague so she now under the impression that we've bought a BMW E36 coupe! Hehe!
They'll get a bit of a shock when we rumble into the close next week.
It's all good fun though, eh!

Welcome Jon and Nicola best looking A body well that and the 2nd Gen Barracuda. Im sure you will have many happy years in a Mopar, keep an eye on the events board esp the Mopar Euro Nats in July. Many parts can be delivered to you within a day or two from Real Steal who have an online catalogue or from Custom Ville and as others of stated W.A.S.P. Good luck with the car and hope to see it at some of the events.

How do folks,
Today was the day we collected our A body.
Had an absolutely fantastic drive back. The traffic was as horrible as the weather but I still had a massive grin on my face. The car didn't miss a beat and it cruises so nicely.
I wasn't quite sure what to expect given that the only left hand drive vehicle I've ever driven was the future in-laws smart car but after 70 miles I could have been driving LHD cars all my life? It was awesome!
I suppose all that remains is to offer a massive thankyou to Dave M for sourcing such a lovely little car and for all his help getting us into our first MOPAR. We're incredibly pleased with it - I don't think we were expecting to get a car anywhere near as nice as this.
I guess I'll just sign off the thread with a couple of pictures.
Hopefully when the weather improves I can take some better ones!
Cheers,
Jon & Nicola.

I don't imagine you'll have much time to read the rest of this, what with getting up every five or ten minutes to make sure it's still there and not a dream
But well done on collecting your new Mopar and getting it home, I'm sure you'll enjoy it very much
