Bit ott maybe but finally the Cuda is running better. As many of you fellow Mopar nuts said the timing was out. The weights in the dizzy were stuck so revving too high.
Robin drive it 60 odd miles without moaning, a first
I will win him over, he WILL like my baby lol

Re: Overkill?
It was indeed Mr Sleaths’s. Did stand and watch but had no idea what he was doing and the numbers on the screen meant bugger all to me.
He did tell us that the rear axel had different gears 4.11 at a guess if I remember right and the engine seemed quite strong so just use it and enjoy.
Weather looks ok for Billing on Sunday so we will see what happens then.

Over the winter time we will get the oil and transpan leaks sorted and the gears changed if need be.Cannonball wrote: ↑Thu Sep 06, 18 11:06 am Well to be honest for your husband to enjoy that car you need to swap in some 3,23 gears,,
After owning it for so long with very little use we will drive it about for the rest of the season, I know not long left and see where we go from there.
We were intrigued why it was sat outside yours at the Mopar Nats with the bonnet up. No hiding with Facebook pics now

John was showing us what work he had been doing at the car,and items that should also be addressed,, a gear swap will make it more enjoyable to drive as 4.10s and those little tyres it must be awefull on a m way or dual crarrigeway,Lincrafts.com wrote: ↑Thu Sep 06, 18 11:41 amOver the winter time we will get the oil and transpan leaks sorted and the gears changed if need be.Cannonball wrote: ↑Thu Sep 06, 18 11:06 am Well to be honest for your husband to enjoy that car you need to swap in some 3,23 gears,,
