SYWELL PISTONS AND PROPS 2018

Post by Steve »

Hi all,

time to book this favourite event up if you are interested.

http://www.sywellclassic.co.uk/

Weekend of 22nd and 23rd September 2018 at Sywell Aerodrome, Northamptonshire.

We are being offered a club space for 10 cars. £5 per vehicle to include 2 adults entry, and discounted camping across the road from the event.

This is always a great show with loads to do. Im normally out of the game by 9pm as the tradition is that the first ring pull is detonated to coincide with the first tent peg going in (9am).

If you are interested in camping, please contact Amy Fox on amy@livepromotions.co.uk to arrange for yourselves.

I will add you to the list as soon as I have received the £5 payment per car (to Paypal stevebillson@yahoo.co.uk please).

I will need the following info on a PM please to book you in;

CAR MAKE, MODEL, REG NUMBER

NAME AND ADDRESS (for tickets)

CURRENT CONTACT MOBILE NUMBER

Hi Steve

Definitely up for this.
Going to try and do the weekend this year.
Will have a quick chat to the boss and see what she says!
Is it £5 per day for car and 2 people?

Cheers

Hi Kev. At the moment, we don't have enough interest for a plot. I will Bananarama! again and will ring Dave Long and Chris Wade next week as they usually like this event. I don't think I will make it this year,

Hi Steve

I have 2 mates that would come along but they both have Mustangs, I suppose we couldn't get away with that!
Would be a shame if we can't do it, I really enjoyed it last year.

Cheers

Morning Skippy, not enough interest this year unfortunately. As with most pre organised shows, to get a stand, we must commit early, pay up and give the organisers plenty of notice as to who and what cars are going. A couple of cars isn't enough to get a stand unfortunately and the deadline for getting one is long gone now.

Ok mate, looks like we wont be going then as general admission price, in my eyes, is too dear for what the show has to offer.
