Best size tires for 15" x 10" steelies

Hi, I'm wanting to know the best size tires to go on 1 5" x 1 0" steel wheels ? Regardless of inset etc,
Ideally BFGs,so unsure of their size patterns , these are for my Barracuda rear wheels, don't worry about clearances or arch rubbing , cheers Ian

It depends on the intended purpose.

If taking it down the strip then look at Drag Radial options.

If it is street only then the old favourite 275 x 60 x 15's are a option... relatively tall tyre...

I've used 295/50/15 BF Goodrich TA radials on mine but only on an 8"x15" rim not sure with a 10" ?

Use Northants tyres site to get tyre dimensions. For best fit and look match the tyre tread width to the wheel rim width. Then choose the profile to give you the overall diameter you want.

I have 275/60/15 on 10” rims on my Vandura and they look right.I went for these as they were taller than a 295/50,about an inch and a half,wanting a bit of ride height and rubber rake too.

They are US Indy Mags I got through Summit. I bought the tyres from North Hants.
