64 POLARA BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER

Post by Hugo Smith »

Could anyone tell me where to get a brake master cylinder for a 64 Polara ? Just looking for an original not dual circuit.

I'd prefer to buy one from an EU country as I'm in Ireland and am sick of paying customs fees but would get one from the UK if necessary.

Thanks from Hugo.

you could try calling US automotive. better to call than try to work out what they have or have not got in stock from their website

but i can't think its a massively popular part as lots of people will have changed to dual circuit

but your best bet if they don't have one is Rockauto. had a check myself they have a range of options

i know it will involve import tax but you have a range there from 48 Euro to 150 you can get new original rebuilt

just make sure you get the right one for your booster or no booster car
this makes sure you get one with the correct recess and rubbery bush for the end of the brake pushrod on a manual car
