Proportioning valve if it works is handy thing to have

even with 9 inch brakes on the back it took the aussies until 1971 to fit one and then only on track pack cars
you certainly notice the difference

That’s very nice, un corroded old cars are are hens teeth !
One of the main reasons I like the TA,
I actually regret doing the full Monty now,
I should have got it running ok, then driving ok and just used it ,
A tatty hood and slightly ragged quarters wouldn’t have made any difference to the way it drove !
