Handy Engineering shop

Post by Dave999 »

Had my usual problem finding someone to do some work

Powerforpeanuts retired

Kramers in watford said No

place in whitton said no

Denebank engineering sunbury. same company, same website, shop demolished, and moved everything to Devon

It was then that i discovered Roger at:-
M G Precision Engineering UK Ltd
Farm,
Unit 2
Fieldcommon Lane,
Walton-on-Thames
KT12 3QJ
07785102066

pig to find, as the address is literally FARM, its a residential street and there is no obvious Farm.... check google maps, the place it shows is correct, the place it takes you to is not.
You need to be in the field or on the common, that is the subject of "Fieldcommon" lane

in 1 shed by the 1960s farm? house
Roger and his colleagues,
go around the side, the front door is blocked by a large lathe.

Car and bike guys, all have a project on the go.

Milling grinding drilling CNC
will do cylinder heads and any bespoke work you can come up with

they were loading up 200 cast and machined thingumys when i was there raw castings cleaned up and CNCd ready for customer....

dropped off a flat ground steel gauge plate with instructions to have a big, but exact and precise 4.85 inch hole in it off centre from plate centre, just to be awkward, yesterday, before work, and picked it up today.

30 quid well spent

just a shame its an hour round trip given that its only 6 miles from my house

You did well Dave to find someone who actually does what you ask.
