Thanks Robert, always a good turn out at Bicester!
I do love the place and we used to attend a couple of time a year up until a couple of years ago. Tickets for the next (October) Scramble have just gone on sale at £30 each.
Last time we went in Oct 2024, it was £20 each and a couple of visits before that, in Jan 2022, we paid £15 each, so it's now doubled in less than 5 years.
Plus, to be considered to park your car on the 'Avenues', amongst the old buildings, you now have to pay for annual membership at £69 each, otherwise you're just out on the airfield near the daily drivers... so it's fair to say the place has lost some of its magic for me

Aw man. Well I'm sad I missed it. Yes its expensive, but its interesting wander round. £30 is too much though.
