We had that when we exhibited the Petty Blue Superbird at the Goodwood FOS.

You would expect better security there, but we returned to the car and found someone trying to pick the NOS and reassuringly expensive Wing Stickers off!!

At the same event we came back to the car to find someone laying across the Hood!

Just had the same at Newmarket races, someone laying on the hood of the Challenger. My friend had someone on the roof of his pick up, security did remove them.

I have had people open the doors before (but so far stop short of actually getting in) and I am usually pretty trusting (windows down) as I walk about.

We're ok-ish leaving the windows open at shows so people can at least look in if they wish but I think it helps deter people from actually opening the door by having the window only open by about 1/3 and locking the doors. That way they'd have to put their hand in to lift the know and I think that's enough deterrent

And if they're stupid enough to think that opening doors etc is acceptable, then they're likey too stupid to be able to lift the button of a locked door.

always a good event, lots of cool cars, sadly any event where the public can walk in for free you get people touching your cars, i had a row with a guy that was leaning all over the bonnet of my Cadillac having his photo taken

Seeing more and more of this, complete lack of respect. This was going on at the Hot Rods too on Sunday, kids getting in Tot Rods on display.
On the IOW Fun Run there were people opening doors of hot rods parked at the Needles and climbing in!
