Alex (the new German owner) came for the Challenger this afternoon.

He is a really nice guy. Brought his dog too and our two dogs got on very well indeed.

I have felt very sad today seeing it go. But it is for the best.

I hope Alex does not have any problems with the car and that it gives him years of pleasure.

A message from Alex - the new owner;

Helo Dave,

two Buddies have found each other :-)
Today I went to the Dodge Dealer here in my town to get infos for my registration. They were soooo exited ;-!! The boss stopped working and called all employees in and they looked at the Beast for about 20 minute. The whole shop (20 people) stopped working!! They liked the car so much.

Im so proud you gave the car to me. Your spirit wil always be with the car. I show everyone who the maker was ;-.)

Here is a pic: The Beast with its new friend :-)

Thats a fantastic car you built there Dave. One of my faves and synonomous with the MMA. Bet that tugged at the heart strings seeing it eh? Proper decent Mopar was that.

Nice pair ... in Germany. Did you line it up with the Vette for a similar photo before gone? 8-)

No. It would have made the Vette look like crap. ;)

The Chally has got an 8 page spread plus the cover shot for Germany's biggest classic magazine.

Using Dave McBrides photos. Well done Dave! :thumbright:

Just got one today Dave, can't understand a word but it looks good. Glad they kept the moody sky in that shot, the first layout I saw in an email from Alex had it all blacked out :roll:
