No need to initiate protocol Jams, you are talking common sense, that's all.
I nearly bought one of those to do up as a daily for my wife to use. Plan was ot fit a Ford 1600 crossflow because I used to tune those up a treat.
But I had a drive of it and hated it! It was a horrible thing to drive. I bought wor lass a Mini instead.
