Thanks again for all the pointers fellas, I'll be attempting to take it apart without completely removing it.

Are there any walk throughs anywhere online?

Tips? Tricks?

Any sites/places in the UK that do the kits?

ANTON you mentioned orbic bearings in croydon what parts do I ask for from them?

Right.

Got my new seal kit.

Got the pump off the engine.

How do I remove the pulley and disassemble the pump to replace the o-rings and seals?

The workshop manual says i need a special tool to remove the pulley.

Once the pulley is off how do i seperate the housing from the resevoir?

You need a pulley puller.

I've got this but it doesn't appear to do the job. http://yfrog.com/h3a7sfvdj Are they Mopar specific? Or are they generic?

One like that will just bend the pulley.

I could be wrong but I think you need something like this only bigger?

Hopefully someone that has done one of these can chip in with suggestions.

Ok. I'll see what I can find. £70 is a lot of money. Might see if someone has got one I can borrow.

Balls. Wanted to get it all done today.

So will that remove the pulley and then is it an easy job to separate the rest from the housing?
