This Challenger I think is the Street Machine test car, which was restored back to its original Plum Crazy and then sold out to America to live with another Plum Crazy Challenger.

Gold Duster had a 340 AAR engine from a well known car in it. That engine was in many cars over the years including 2 of mine. The Duster became Richard Eaton’s Quick Draw super gas car a few years later.

So what happened to the yellow Dart ‘Mopar Missile’?
Mick Deakin has owned it for years, been “resting” for at least 10 years though…

40 years, you both deserve an award for that
I don't recall ever seeing that Hemi Roadrunner again after 82
Thanks Mark, I agree...
Do you remember Kev Martin? He lives down near the south coast now but I think he was a bit further north 'back in the day'. We were looking at some of his photos a couple of years ago that he took early 80's and some of you guys featured... well he still has the same 71 Satellite he bought in 1979
Kev and his Satellite live in Caterham, 40 miles from the coast.

Mick’s Big Bopper still lives, currently owned by Ty Strevitt and running in NSS. Given the hands it’s been through over the years it’s a wonder it survived to be honest.

The white Satellite is likely to be the car Tony Jarvis pro streeted in the ‘80’s and still owns. I don’t have a photo to hand to check the reg but it certainly ran in Production before he got it.

I was offered that car in the ‘80’s for £850, later I also had access to a Hemi for £1500 luckily I didn’t buy either!
