Oh dear , is that the result of a rad leak into the oil cooler.?

No its a result of it coming from a hot rodder, everything gets “stored” in the garden…

Got a bit more done , strip and inspect , check clearances, all good. Next the valve body , and the TF2 re program kit.

What is the advantages or disadvantages of the shift command feature , that you can have with the tf2 kit ?

No real downside, just allows you to up and downshift at any RPM.

I got the valve body done today, fitted with the tf2 reprogramming kit.
I had to grind down a couple of valves , as per the kit instructions.

That wasn’t so bad was it? You can use a G clamp and a socket to compress the front servo, thats all I used for years, in fact my present tool is just an improved version of that.

My g clamp wasn't big enough , so I knocked up a pusher out of some scrap, that worked.
Getting there now.😁

What's with this !
This came apart with this bush on top , and no springs on the accumulator, any ideas as to why this was done ?
