WHOA!!!
That looks fantastic rob. You must be well chuffed. Thats one of them engines that would come under the category of "Masterpiece". Post another pic when them dudey carbs and that natty linkage are fitted.
Hmmmmm I just LURRRRV multi-carbs

That's looking absolutely top drawer chaps!
Are we going to get a peep at the Dyno readout?

Thanks guys, yes, getting a little excited now :blob5:
We're hoping to get a little bit of video done of the dyno run(s) if that's ok with Kenny. Then James can sort it out for viewing on here
And yes, dyno readout/printout will be made public..... as long as it's as good as, or better than stock...... if not, you can mind your own business

All the best with the dyno-day, Rob.
Hopefully, the car will be together for the Nats

Thanks Sandy, yes I should think so.... just
I doubt we'll be ready to give it large up the strip tho - 'new' engine, 'new' brakes... think we'll need to be careful for a while
Shame, quite fancy a 'grude' race with Budgie and his 64 Hemi

Hey, don't worry about that, once you've got the cam broken in (if you didn't change it no need to even do that!), just seat the rings and you can cane it as soon as you like. I'm sure Paul will have a 'ring seating' procedure, but generally the idea is to do it quickly and with vigour!!
And the brakes...well who needs 'em! The trip to the Pod should sort that out anyway.
Either way, looking GREAT!

Thanks Gav! if we did get up the strip with any amount of 'vigour' and we had left the brakes as manual, 4-drum, I think we'd be doing a bit of off-roading at the end of the run-off area - hopefully the front discs will allow us to at least make one of the exits

Till we get another pic of the dudey carbs & natty linkage, will these do......
