And this Boy is now how old? I could say I was fiddled with 40 years ago, and so could anybody. Where is all the proof, Im not saying it isnt true but who can prove it?

Well if there's no proof it won't get to court. The unfortunate thing here is that the suspects (supposedly innocent until proven guilty) are named before they're even arrested in some cases and their names will never be clear again.
