OK you asked for it! Some of these cars lived locally to me in the early '70's, Tel Powney & Mick Webb who were "Auto Art" lived just up the road, so I'd ride up there on me bike to see what they'd been painting...

great blue, dont suppose you would remember if that gto had the rear quarter lites etched with somethin along the lines off horses or army scene ???? i went to look at a 70 gto about 12 yrs ago darn london way it was all black but had the windows etched which looked a twat but if it once had the murals i can see why they did it
tell you what though i would love an old muscle car with the murals wonder if that scene will ever come back

The Bullitt painted car was at Billing AAC about 3 years ago...paint was going home a bit, still passable though

Duncan, don't remember the GTO having etched glass at that time, might have happened later though.... I thought one of you might have mentioned the Triumph Herald....
