Great work
Re: db's 66 Belvedere
Hi there, Paul.
I am so glad that you managed to repair the car (and pretty quickly too!) - it is a fantastic car, and it would have been terrible if it had bee written off and gone to the breakers.
Well done!
See you at the Nats.
All the best.
Pete

Thanks!
I will definitely be there Pete
This was one of my biggest worries- The scuttle area got most of the heat and I was sure inside the ventilation chamber would be black and by now, rusting fast! I got my phone up in there for a couple of photos- Amazingly it's untouched.

Father, It's been several months since my last confession...
So the Belve got finished and is looking and working better than ever, but I'm barely using it now.
I think it's time to move on, quit while your ahead and all that...
I'll have to do some research into what it's worth (Tony O has put the insurance value at £22-24k.)
Anyone with any thoughts on what it might sell for or anyone interested please PM me.
I'd like to take it to the Nats one last time, I've still not run it with the nitrous, but if it sells before then, so be it.

Don't sell it dude it's in your blood. Pick your lane .Me and you side by side at the Pod. I am talking to Mo in Ireland and hoping to organise a cruise down with them next year. Stevo is looking for a Viper when he sells the Tvr 500. Rob has already told me he wants my car so it's never going to get sold
