Been doing a bit scince xmas.

boot floor all strong and ready to have new floor insert welded in. Not gonna weld it in yet tho as it makes getting to the rear window repairs easyer with it out.

started repairing rear vallance and lower rear1/4s.

painted the rust patches with some rust paint from frost.

Yep, i much prefer making the bigger patches to the little crappy ones.

Could work faster on this to get it done, but im in no hurry at all.

I got the Charger to drive round in, so im not too bothered how long this takes me to do. 8-)

I just do a bit when i feel like it.


Gonna try and get the rear end sorted before i bring the charger back in for its spring tweek up. :thumbright:

Yep were getting thru a fair bit of wire and gas.

When im not welding this thing, my mates welding his chevy truck up, so the welder hardly has time to cool down. lol :lol:

What amazed me about this car when I had it was that the floor was complete but the roof has almost completely gone!

The floor looks really good in that picture, I know you have treated it but the pitting seems minimal.

I don't envy your task of having to make new A pillars.

Keep going, this will be awsome when it is done.

Think ive got a few pics tacken a couple of weeks ago. will dig em out later.

Havent done anything to her scince the essex swap meet, as iv got the charger in the workshop tinkering with. :thumbright:

Thought i had more pics than this, but heres a few to be going on with.
First one was taken before work started, not after :shock: :lol:

Work will start on her again in may, once ive finnished sorting the charger.
