65/75 psi full throttle , 40/50 psi @ idle , really don't think the HV oil pumps are worth fitting.

what you got hv or a hp pump ... if you have tight bearing clearences , in most cases a stock a stock pump will do ..
looses bearing clearences etc & how the motor is built will dictate a need for a a hp or a hv pump
can always put a stock pressure relief spring in the pump .
what oil you using ??? could always step down one grade to something like 10w -40w or 15w-40w ... if your using 20w -50w .. don't use a cheap filter oil filter with that psi .
another bit of info you can get a adjustable pressure relief spring set up & you can adjust it on the car when the motor is running . for get who makes this part though ..might be milodon
i got a hv pump in mine , cold idle is 85 psi warm is 40 psi
anything over twenty five hunderd revs at normal opperating tempreture ..in my case 180 /5 degrees is 75/ 80ish psi
even a 5500 hundred still 80 psi
I remember me mate doing that and ending up with a blueish not very well painted fence!! (which ended up covered in beans when we ran out of aerosol cans and started on his kitchen cupboards) Empty hair spray cans went the best

Definatly fit a proper oil pressure gauge to get an accurate reading. I have "ballooened" an oil filter with 100psi so that must be close to the burst point. I still use the 10 psi per 1000rpm rule. I cut 2 coils off the bypass spring to get 70 psi max with a little over 20 psi at idle with 15/40 oil, I don't see any need for more than that.
