Some pics of the satellite, Ii know they're crap but there's not a lot of room round it. And before someone else says it, yes it definitely has a dark side ! [/img]

Interesting! Black and blue, which is it going to be?

The car was blue before as in my avatar pic. The previous owner started the black but I think I like the blue better so going to be blue again.

Did the previous owner tow a caravan with it? If so I have passed this car a few times.

No. He just used to drive to the Nats in a strange direction.

I passed him twice going the opposite way on my own way to the Nats once.

The first time was on the A69 as I was dropping my dog off at my Dads house. Then later that day I passed him again going the other way in the lanes leading to the track.

I also overtook it on the A1 once.

If it is the same car that is.

The only ever time, apart from planned meetings with Alex and Steph, I have see another MoPar on the road on the Nats weekend was a RR/Satellite (unsure of year) towing a trailer heading north near Southwaite services by Carlisle.

Hmmm.

Usually, we have to be at Wellingborough before we see another car.

Actually, that's not true, I blew by Dunc and Bri a couple of years ago on the M6 at ohmigodhowearly on the Friday. Can't knock a diesel Astra.

The car belonged to a guy called John Benvin who sadly died last year.
I never knew John or even met him, bought the car from his widow Anna.
I think John did come down to the NATS and I believe was possibly a member of MMA but not sure.
The car did I think belong to Dave Billadeau's dad at one time.
That's as much of the car's history as I know, any additional info gratefully received.
Thanks for all your interest.
