Capris are an obvious favourite here.

I had 3.

My First car was an RS2000 Custom and soon after I wrote that off I bought a 3.0 Ghia sold it and bout another 3.0 but a manual in Cardinal

Then bought me a brand spanking 2.8 i Special

This my old Capri, 3.3 essex done with stroker crank, merc pistons small block Chevy roller rockers, Burton VA10 race cam, 600 Holley. It ran 13.1 in the quarter. I pulled the V6 to put a Chevy 327 in it and bought a 68 Nova as a donor car but had to much fun in the Nova and ended up selling the Capri. Seems a long time ago now

I wanted an X-pack Dunc and the MK-II x-pack looked pants compared to the MK-III but it was cheaper to buy a good MK-II and convert it.

The red Capri in the picture at the pod had a heavily worked 283 in it and only ran 12.90
