It's a '70 E-body.
I think you need to remove the bolts holding the column to the floor, remove the two under dash bolts, and set the steering wheel down on the seat.
Then knock the roll pin out and pull the steering shaft off the steering box.
Under the car you need to pull the pitman arm off the box output shaft. Then, after removing the two hoses, the box just unbolts and lifts or falls out. I am not sure how badly headers get in the way with this.
