Day out at Mclaren

Got invited to a day at Mclaren in Woking by Mike Jones (thanks again Mike), met up with a few other Mopar guys at Mike's house and cruised down togther, what a fantastic day, loved every second of it, here's a few pic to be going on with.

what the heck is mclaren i was expecting to see some super facility with supercars etc, is it just a name of a park to park your cars up ??????????????????????

Wonderful day , great company and an amazing place to work. Such a privilege to be invited and then too to be given a personal tour by Mike himself of his workplace, and boy.... what a workplace !

Sorry Duncan, no pics of the Mclaren cars within the building, and there wasn't many outside.

Top day out. Thanks to Mike Jones for the invitation, and the guided tour (and the Chinese meal after!).

The McLaren Technology Centre is an awesome facility. Shame they won't let you take pics inside.

There were some impressive cars on display outside though. Great to see Andy Frost's Victor drive in off the street.

Looks a great day...Mike did ask me but the Cuda is out of action right now (mods) :roll:
Summer isnt really the right time to make changes :lol:

It's an unbelievable place, just that these pictures don't show that.

When I say unbelievable, that's really an injustice . . . It most definitely is a super facility from all aspects, design, layout, equipment, personnel....
It is 2nd to none.

I would just like to thank all you guys from me and Simon for taking the time to make this the 3rd Mclaren car show such a success I will try and spread a few more tickets around to members next year cheers Clive.

well if its like some on the telly mega factories i have seen then i know what you mean shame pics could not be taken off cars/operations
