What makes one plug better than another plug gents??? I appreciate some run hotter than others etc but how do you know what is a good plug for your car? I use Autolite copper core 85s in my completely stock 383 4bbl but only because thats what I get when I ask for a set at the place where I get my service parts.....I dont have any probs with them but should I put more thought into it????

NGK R 5670-8 = 2nd coldest and probably will work the best with that compression, although the others will work well
NGK BP7 ES
NGK 7173.
Iron heads need a hotter range plug than an aluminum
Last number on NGKs is the heat range lower the number the hotter the range
Champions are other way round higher number is higher heat range
But that means how quickly they dissipate heat not how hot they run
NGK 7 street
8+ racing
NGK even do projected and Non projected tip for use with large amounts of Drugs
