Hog ring pliers which one's
Ok I need some hog ring pliers, I have seen 3 different types pin nose, 45 degree one's and stubby straight one's does it matter which?. I thought the pin nose might get in tight spots better but might be harder to use on the old wrists when you are doing a full set of seats what have you used?.
Just spent the weekend doing my duster bench seat, i used a mates pair he got from NPD, they were the ones with the nose at a slight angle to the side. Very good and worked a dream. I Got a set when i ordered my seat covers from classic industries, they were a load of rubbish. Will put some links to show what i mean.

I made a pair from a get of old grips. (bear with me on this).
I cut a slot into the jaws to stop ring slipping. The beauty of it is that you can set the clamp of the jaws so that you know you get the same closure on the hog ring every time - worked like a charm...
