How much wear is acceptable? Are they repairable/ replaceable?

I've cleaned it out and regreased it and repaired the boot.

There shouldn't be any slop in it, it will cause a vibration when it's worn too much, assume a prop company would be able to repair or replace, it's not an MOT issue.

There's very slight side play. I do have a vibration that feels like the prop so it's likely that as I've replaced the uj at the other end.

The one on my A108 was replaced with a prop of unknown origin before I bought it, it has a slider in the middle rather than a trunion.

Bizarrely the rear is standard mopar type UJ as found on most Mopes of that era, the front joint (which was worn out) is the same size as found on early Mustangs.

Hey Mike, any chance you could take a photo of your prop?

I've asked at Proptech who made my Belve prop and they can do it but unknown timescale and unknown price until I send it to them!

I need a plan 'B' :?
