Well the thunder/lightning/rain that was forecast didn't materialise so all we were left with was the high-20's temps \:D/
The Satellite made it with no dramas despite a week of Stu sorting the starter motor issues we discovered last weekend. Still not convinced it's 100% sorted so that's top of the list to get fixed before too much longer, before Speedfest hopefully.
Good to see so many Plymouth B-bodies there today - they seem to have taken over from 68 Chargers as the most plentiful  - for today anyway. Shame Andy rrunner and JC left early and didn't get to park up with the others.
Still plenty of other great car there too, of all makes, including the stunning 69 Camaro that got the 'non-Mopar' award from Pete & Derek. Bootiful 8-)
Anyhoo... some pics...oops, looks like I over-did it again

getting there...

'scuse the over-indulgence of the 69 Camaro but I bloody loved it. And in case anyone's vaguely interested, I though i'd include the pics I took to show the effect of the polarising filter and how it can hide or show the reflection of the flowers in the hood :) .... no? Just me then...

Lovely pictures Rob๐Ÿ‘

The 59 Coronet was my favourite cruiser and the Daytona oozed history, fantastic.

My Swede is still quite a bit redder than it should be.

You are right there, Duncan.

The 3rd Gen Charger picked up a prize and the Challenge would have got one, but left before the Judging was completed. I think it had a hemi in it too.....

Fantastic day, and thanks as ever for posting some great pictures.

Note to self: Must not stand in profile when pictures are being taken, or alternatively do not tuck shirt in!!!! :pale:

Great pictures as usual Rob, thanks for posting. The red 71 Charger R/T once belonged to Brutus Gold who runs a 70โ€™s roadshow. I built an engine for it back in the nineties complete with air con and a six pack (something the factory never offered) I wondered what happened to that car, great to see itโ€™s still about and looking sharp.
