Rock auto prob.

Hi not posted on here for ages...
I would like advice or help
I ordered bits from Rock Auto which have not arrived, I've ordered from them before with no problem,
But it's been 3 months now nothing has shown.
Problem is the fact I can't get hold of them at all whatever..
You can't phone, e mail, I seem to keep getting sent in circles with no answers at all.

I've ordered from elsewhere now, but want a refund .

Any help appreciated.
