Wheel banding

I've got some 8 inch Mopar steel Rallyes. My ET street tyres bulge on them. I thinking about maybe getting them banded to 10 inch as from what I've seen no one in the states makes 10 inch Rallyes. Also could make more sense to use what I have rather than accumulating more stuff.

Anyone know any firms in midlands / south?

Thanks all.

They certainly did make Mopar 10" Raylees, 2 of my mates had some back in the day.

At one point banding was so bad in the UK that is was Banned, things may have changed now..

there's a few companies doing them these days Pete, they make a decent job of them too. i've done a few sets over the years myself, it's quite time consuming though.

Thanks both. Yes I'd heard about the bad old days with this practise hence I reached out here for any personal recommendations. Wheel Vintiques and Classic Industries used to do them but they are now discontiued. Some useful links Neil - thanks.

Yes I can remember when that happened, I can’t remember the exact details, but all the backstreet firms banding wheels suddenly disappeared in the 70s. There seems to be no specific legislation banning thier use these days so there shouldn’t be an issue now.
