That maroon coloured citroen was a piece of art - still got the maserati engine. What a thing - I loved it.

The Countach was just pur theatre. 50years old and SURROUNDED the whole time - its amazing what a draw it has, certainly one of the most popular cars there. Again, what a thing.

The Countach had Marchello Gandini's signature on the dash - the info sheet in the windscreen says its the only Countach that he signed... dunno how he can be sure but it's a nice addition

Nice to see Mark still has the Hemi Bee.
And the Challenger, DS, Bentleys, Sled etc..
At first glance i thought the chap in the red t shirt behind the Countach had a funky hairdo, until i realised it was the tree behind...

Yes it was as rammed as it usually gets but as predicted, now you can get there as early as 11am, some were already leaving around 4

I didn't count on the day, but looking back at the photos here, it looks like Mark had at least 17 cars/bikes/military vehicles there

Been a fan of the SM since I was a youngster - had and still have a Corgi diecast model, and seeing one in a showroom on a school trip to France in about 1975 seemed special even when they were a new/current model

Yes great show, I was there but this year I unusually did not bump into any of you!!
What I did bump into was this 71 Challenger vert that I'm aware of but had never seen in the flesh! I went back to it to try and chat with the owner but it had left pretty early.

My other main memory from the show was watching two guys looking at the Countach - they were leaning and pushing their hands on the engine compartment rear panel, touching and prodding - it never fails to surprise me how a small minority seem to think that is acceptable - or is it just me??

no not just you some people have no respect for something that's not theirs but unfortunately that is the way our country has gone with a lot of things
