We're off to Prague tomorrow for a few days. Let's see if I still have the itch when I get back...

That's Steve, very Interesting but it's only narrowed enough for a car. 48" hub to hub so much too wide for dragster use.

Well, in an unexpected turn of events, I appear to have bought a Model T hot rod project so the dragster is on long term/ permanent hiatus.
Sorry dragster fans!
Anyone want to buy a Daimler hemi or a dragster front axle?

Can't say I blame you, if you must have a hot rod something that Steve and Gary have had a hand in is going to be exceptional.

It's a little late for that Pete
I reckon so Blue. I have no experience of the hot rod scene but their names come up a lot, usually after the phrase 'best in show' or 'best in UK'!
I just hope I can do it right.

I only knew Steve by reputation but I've known Gary since he was a teenager, he did most of Steves welding work and is a proper nice bloke to boot.

I only have parts pics so far but it'll give you an idea of the workmanship.
The chassis is all scratch-built in stainless steel. The hi top glass body is one of only two ever made. Caddy 500ci motor.
I'll start a new thread for it when I get chance
